EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)

• Deliver enhancement and innovation to our customers in small enterprises. Take tasks in the full product development life cycle – from Spec comprehension, Design, Coding, to Testing and Correction
• Communicate and collaborate with global product management, development and QA team around the world to fulfill the requirements in time and quality

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or relevant information technology area
• Proficient in C++/C with working experience:
• Familiar with SQL and DBMS,  e.g. MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Familiar with OO principle and design pattern, familiar with reusable component, framework and tool development
• Knowledge of popular web technologies (Web Service, REST, OData, JSON, MVC, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, …) is a big plus

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years’ experience

Language Skill:

• Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.

Beneficial Skills:

• Experience in cloud application development is a big plus
• Familiar with Cloud Computing technology (SAAS, IAAS, PAAS, Multi-Tenancy, Virtualization, …)
• Skills in script programming (e.g. Python, Ruby), mobile development, search, OLAP is a plus
• ERP or business application development experience is a plus
• Cross platform development (Windows and Linux), or on-device application development
